Mamen Ros Herrera has run the Cartagena marina since 2009.
This young lawyer is leading a project that situates the marina as among the best in the Mediterranean. In a few short years, and despite the current financial crisis, the port has become a reference point. Pleasure boats and mega yachts from all over the world, now dock in its harbour.
